La maison s\u2019implante en retrait de la rue, pour permettre \u00e0 deux voitures de stationner devant le b\u00e2timent.<br>Le volume construit jouxte la construction voisine situ\u00e9e en limite de propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Elle s\u2019\u00e9carte uniquement de la limite de quelques centim\u00e8tres afin de laisser \u00ab vivre \u00bb le mur voisin ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La partie basse (RDC de la maison) s\u2019\u00e9tend en longueur. La partie haute pr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9bord de 1m c\u00f4t\u00e9 rue et reprend la profondeur de la maison voisine.
