Le volume principal de la maison existante est conserv\u00e9. Une extension est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e c\u00f4t\u00e9 jardin, un volume sur 2 niveaux en toiture terrasse. Celle-ci permet d\u2019agrandir la pi\u00e8ce de vie au rez ainsi que la chambre parentale \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tage.<br>Une deuxi\u00e8me extension est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en mitoyennet\u00e9, sur 2 niveaux en toiture terrasse. Le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e accueille un garage ; \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tage, ce volume permet l\u2019ajout de deux chambres.
